I enjoyed the story, it could have been perfect but it would have been twice as long. The narrator had a very hard time with the men! An odd way of slow enunciating was less than enjoyable. Yet I got they it all. There was no real heat to the story, that’s one of those time things I mentioned.

Imperfect narrator, near perfect love story

This my first introduction into the work of this author. I enjoyed the different perspective in regards to marriage. Justin and Alisa have a fantastic professional relationship. This was an opportunity for them to see if marriage could exist without love. So glad there was a HEA. The narrator has a pleasant voice and read the book well.

This might be a good book, but the narrator was so bad I couldn’t listen. The sing song voice was like listening to someone reading a children’s book. Bad inflections, arguments sound like plain narration, and there are no pauses anywhere. Pity, because it might be a decent story. Just cringeworthy reader.
