About this listen

CIA Agent Daniel Winters is having a bad day. Scratch that. A bad week.

After being questioned by Internal Affairs - and hesitantly cleared - he’s on his way to Paraguay. New day. New mission. Another chance for answers.

Instead, he only finds more questions, more suspicious behaviors from supposed allies, and more reasons to trust no one.

To make matters worse, the aliens make their first move.

Add some witches to the mix, because why make things easy? Daniel has his work cut out for him.

But that’s okay. He’s got his wits and a Larabar.

What (else) could go wrong?

Jeez! I have no idea why this 'paperback' is the only for of book that shows up on this page. Especially since I read and listened to it on Kindle/audible. This page is really screwy.

Anyway, I'm enjoying Daniel, always looking for his parents while playing both-ends-against-the-middle with the CIA, and looking for alien artifacts.

No romance and the F-bomb bomb was used 59 times.

As for the narration: Seth Podowitz does a fantastic job.

Exciting book and wonderful narration..

Daniel continues to work for the two CIAs. He has become a little paranoid about being discovered. Actually, his actions have been discovered by an unlikely source. He spends time traveling to different countries chasing leads about alien artifacts. There is the typical fight scene in the story and Daniel pledging to find his parents. Everyone comes clean about secrets. There is a new antagonist to stir things up.

Daniel still chasing artifacts
