It's a well-told story but its contents kind of suck...

<spoiler>

The MC's great success is in putting the world back together just as it is? And it's a happy ending because now she has a good play to move forward with, and there won't be another apocalypse?

What about all the people in the world being enslaved, displaced, trafficked, mass murdered? Billions of animals being tortured and murdered to satisfy increasingly consumeristic appetites? She basically sent them a huge "F you", which would be fine, story wise if it was even obliquely acknowledged, but the message is that her solution is a brilliant success, culminating in an idyllic hipster coffee house. Can it get more bougie than that?

It's an incredibly privileged and shallow and selfish take, I'm getting so mad writing this I might reduce my rating to one star.

Also, what does "looks Jewish" mean? I can't even.

Disappointing
