About this listen

Astral projection or astral travel is an out-of-body experience (OBE) which is achieved either in an awake state or by way of lucid dreaming or deep meditation. People have experienced astral projection often say that their spirit or astral body left their physical body and moved in another dimension which is known as the spirit world or astral plane. The concept of astral projection has been around and practiced for thousands of years. It dates back to ancient China. It is presently often associated with the New Age movement.

Some people can astral project naturally. Others are afraid to remove their consciousness from the physical body and never learn to astral project. This book will explain techniques, benefits, and how to control your astral body.

Crazy how it actually works

The narrator was really bad. Made it hard to listen to. I don’t think she understands that narratives have to have some rhythm and flow. It’s as though she read without any knowledge of punctuations, inflections, and periods!

Really interesting topic
