Increasingly, new employees and junior members of any profession are encouraged - sometimes stridently - to "find a mentor!" Informative perspective
Book provides great insight on both male and female perspective. Enjoy that it’s biased and responsibility to mentor or coach is back on the men. Not that we are 100% responsible but we share a great burden in the fulfillment of the mission of woman leaders
