Excellent analysis of disorganized attachment and relationship to dissociation

This was extremely helpful for anyone on the trauma spectrum, even if they fall short of a true dissociative disorder as they are currently classified. I think in time Boderline will be considered a dissociative disorder as well clinically.

A Wonderful Quick Listen

Don't let the virtual voice recording dissuade you. This quick listen is actually an excellent little audiobook. It will help you to connect the dots on attachment and caregiving disorders. Especially, when they are combined within the same relationship. This one person's personal introspections on their own journey can help clarify complex relationship issues, even for therapists. I would recommend this book for everyone, even if they are without the subject issues. It may even help you to understand those around you in ways you hadn't thought about.

No.

Nope. No. Uh-uh. What is this?! Very arrogant view of nothing. One star. I do not recommend downloading the book.
