Decent review of material. Narrator might have dyslexia.

Narrator has unfortunate, and almost comical level of difficulty, with many of the psychiatric terms — which was a bit distracting: I.e., mispronouncing persecutory as “presecretory”, dyscalculia as “dyscalycia”, cyclothymic as “cyclomethic”, menses as “menisus”. In some sections, almost every other word turned into a game of trivia trying to figure out what he was trying to say using context clues. Occasionally I had no idea what the intended word was but just knew it was butchered.
