Beware!! This Book can change your Life :)
And I absolutely mean what I said in the Headline of my comment. One article has absolutely changed my life, imagine what this book can offer to you.
I have been chasing to build many habits and experimenting with them a lot but I would always find it a bit difficult to stay with my changed behavior and then while browsing the internet studying more on habits formation I stumbled on this unbelievable short paced book the Automatic thoughts and boy this man has the answer for controlling thoughts formation.
If you are looking to form a new mental habit you have to read this book.
I have never commented online on any of the books that I have read but this one deserves a lot of appreciation.

If you want to change and be better, only you can
One of the best motivational books I ever read. I have not finished it yet but automatic thoughts ideas and direction about how to charge and change your mental behavior into a better and more organized person is so clear and rational. It’s very easy to listen to. Very interesting facts about how our minds develop and work and how to change them. If you do want to change your bad thoughts and improve your good thoughts you need to work on yourself. Great book
