About this listen

New York, 1931. The manufacture and sale of alcoholic beverages is prohibited by law, but behind this prohibition, organized crime flourishes—so, too, do bank robbers, bootleggers, assassins, and homunculi. Some want money, some are chasing the secret to immortality, and others just want to have a really good time. You know what they say, though: You can't always get what you want.

Fantastic Narration

I'm a big fan of the animated version of this story, so it was nice to hear its full version. The man selected to read this story does a terrific job at the many voices, with his rendition of Isaac and Miria as my personal favorite.

I look forward to the next volumes release.

Fantastic story.

Just one of the most unique stories with wonderful characters you will ever read. Every character is a treat. Every bit a wonderful amount of fun.

it's really good!

the narrator seems to capture the characters well..and I liked their narration for characters such as firo prochainezo,Issac Dian,Miria Harvent, the gandor brothers,Dallas Genoard,etc..

this series has a variety of personalities and i feel like the narrator did well in narrating the characters..I now feel more excited to see if they get to narrate the other books In the series..to see how they'll narrate the other characters that are shown later on in this chaos filled series called Baccano!

this audiobook is what I'll highly recommend to people who have seen the anime adaptation and also people who want to get into the Light Novels..Hopefully more Baccano! media arrives as time passes..

Amazing listen

I am a huge fan of the anime and so when I saw this audiobook I snatched it right away and I'm glad I did. Even if you haven't seen the anime, I would still highly recommend it. The story is great. The time period is great. Pretty unique in a way from other light novels.
