Taking control

Affirmations, "self-talk", are a part of the discipline of what I call emotional self-control ©. Our minds absorb information 24/7 that may not be helpful. It might create vulnerabilities that influence our trajectory in unsatisfying ways. Ok Until...

...God & Jesus showed up. I don't want that crap n my head while I'm asleep. They're part of the damn past I'm trying to free myself from.
