one of my first audible books - lasting impression
could hardly put it down. it spoke to me on so many levels, encouraging me, challenging me, validating me, celebrating me. and giving me hope. practical ideas (even if not all new ideas) that deliver value in every chapter. why do I feel perturbed that such wisdom came from someone much younger than I. I pray I still have time to put these practices into use.

Another Stratosphere in Self Help!
Brendon delivers his best as usual, but this book goes to the next level. Most self-help books will give you a decent look at finding certain outcomes, but this book will not only help with achieving the outcome, but give you habits to cut through and create the path. I have a feeling this is one of those listens I will come back to over and over again.

Highly recommended
Whenever I have an opportunity to take in something that Brendon Bruchard does he never disappoints and he always over delivers! I will be downloading this to my 17 yr old sons phone so that he can listen because so many teens and young adults need to hear this message because the loss of connections is out of control and hate and disregard for others opinions is out of control because of loss of tolerance. We need more positive information out there to bring people together!

Highly Recommended!
Really really enjoyed listening to this! It is rare that a book or auto book makes me pause it and take notes, but I found myself throughout this one pausing and reflecting on each chapter Brendon talks about. I appreciate that it’s easy to follow along with and he doesn’t give you these huge goals to hit or massive changes to try to incorporate into your life like so many other self development or self help books I’ve come across, it’s clear and concise. I learned so much more about myself and the habits I can try to work towards my success and fulfillment.
