Publisher's summary

Welcome to Bella’s Dance Hall, where Christine Knapp found a career dancing and singing after her husband and child died along the Oregon trail. Three years after this devastating loss, Christine is ready to find love again and is drawn to Matt Bannister at first sight.

After being heartbroken by Travis, Christine meets Kyle Lenning, Matt Bannister’s brother-in-law. During a group date, tragedy struck, and Kyle is killed. In the fall out of the tragedy, Christine’s reputation is stained, and the immoral town sheriff and his friend take the opportunity to accuse Christine of murder to blackmail her into doing their wicked will.

With no hope, no escape, and no way out of it, Christine is about to sell her very soul to three of the most powerful men in Branson when Matt Bannister comes to her door. Will he demand justice for the death of his sister’s husband or rescue her from a horrible fate?

Great Christian Romance

I enjoyed listening to this story. I have not read any of the other stories in this series but I would love to listen to or read them. My only complaint is I don’t have the next book and I want to know how the rest of the story plays out. I though the plot was good. I liked the characters...well most of them anyways. There were some things I detested in some of the characters and some things I didn’t agree with 100% but I really enjoyed “meeting” these characters and getting to “know” them. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoy inspirational Christian romance reads. It isn’t for everyone because some would be turned off by the subject matter.
I also enjoyed listening the narrator bring the characters to life. He has a pleasant and easy voice to listen to. I would listen to another book narrated by him.

Loved This

I got this story via audiobook boom and this is my voluntary review. I have not listened to the two that came before this one but this story grabbed me at the beginning and kept me listening until the end. Each character stood out and made the story great. At first, I had a negative feeling toward Sam and his friend but it soon changed. Those town leaders had better watch their step. The marshall knows them now and has given his only warning. The marshall is also conflicted about which woman he wants but he also believes in God which is good. He will make the right choice. I liked the interactions and the narrator. Good story.
