Great book
If you are expecting by reading this book somehow your knees are going to be magically repaired, it isn’t going to happen. But if you want to learn about your knees and improving the health of them, you’ll enjoy it. As a runner I found it very informative.

not pt..its about surgery
this is a surgeons point of view. i was looking for enlightened physical therapy. there is also a lot of time with unneccesary musical interludes. nutrition and weightloss is important.

This book goes into Knees like very few in the market do.
From beginning to end you will be way ahead of the game in dealing with knee pain. This book is great.

perfect level of information for target audience
wow this was so instructional and someone beneficial, I have tried his recommendations and although he says at least a month or more for some I've noticed the difference in less than a week, awesome. natural healing is the way to go
