About this listen

As heard on Coast to Coast AM, Sasquatch Chronicles, Beyond Reality Radio, Passion for the Paranormal, Where Did the Road Go?, Late Night in the Midlands, The Confessionals, and Lost River Legends.

The audiobooks in this series are a compilation of sightings, encounters, and evidentiary findings as they pertain to Bigfoot in North America and those who have encountered them. W. J. Sheehan shares these testimonials in the style of a beat reporter chasing a compelling story, rather than that of a dramatist reading a script. He is an internationally known figure in the field of Bigfoot and is sought after for his entertaining interviewing style. Please listen to the retail sample as the entire series is told in a similar fashion. Enjoy the listen!

Intense Encounters in This Edition

This is book six in the Bigfoot Terror in the Woods series and it is becoming one of my favorite Bigfoot collection of encounters. This edition has some truly frightening encounters and includes an appearance from the Dogman. These encounters showcase the nastier side of Bigfoot and are a lesson that is mentioned in the book, "they are kidnappers and killers and not to be messed with." This book is filled with OMG moments that will stay with you and deeply affected many who shared their stories. A must read for Bigfoot fans. The audio version is narrated by the author. A professional narrator would’ve been better.

Wonderful book

W. J. Sheehan does a wonderful job putting together the stories for the book as well as narration.

Change the narration speed to 1.2

This book is consistent with the previous volumes in that it’s detailed. The author goes to great lengths to give geographical markers so specific it’s possible in many cases to look up pictures and maps of the exact location of incidents. If the authors accent is bothersome, speed up the narration to x1.2 and his speech affectations are barely noticeable.

I want to like this a lot!

This audio book makes three big mistakes.

First the author narrates it. He basically just reads it. Get a pro to read it and it would improve things a lot.

Second, the writing is full of poorly written sentences and bad grammar.

Third the entire book is written in passive past tense. Every single sentence is in a passive past voice.

Get an editor polish the clunky grammar and tense and hire a pro to tell the story. Then, this would be as good as a Rusty Wilson Book.

Kind of silly

Although it could be believable that such creatures exist if this author and his subjects actually encountered these beasts why is there no physical proof of these encounters?
