Publisher's summary

From the best-selling author of When the Wind Blows and Kiss the Girls comes an explosive tale of terrorism on Wall Street. New York City is under siege by a secret militia group - with deep ties to our own military - and that's just the beginning of the relentless terror. Courageous federal agent Arch Carroll and Caitlin Dillon, a powerful and resourceful lawyer are the only ones who can possibly stop the unspeakable from happening.

not his best

I've listened to most of James Patterson's books and this was my least favorite. I even had to forward closer to the end......which seemed weak for Patterson's standards.
