A taut, outstanding thriller!

What did you love best about Blind Pursuit?

The characters were drawn so well and portrayed in such a genuine fashion by the narrator that I was totally addicted to this book. The tension - high and relentless. The dialog - very natural, lots of inner thoughts. All felt seamless and smooth, and the book whisked me away to each scene with amazing skill.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Blind Pursuit?

I particularly enjoyed the chase scene when Erin escaped from the cubicle and was driving to escape from Harold.

What does Alllison McLemore bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Allison had a beautiful variety of voices she used to represent the characters - I never got confused over who was talking!

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Absolutely. I practically did - on vacation listening for four hours to the ending. Fantastic!

Any additional comments?

The writing is superb in this book - that alone would make it worth buying. But the narration adds even more to the nuances and feelings of the characters - a superb production! Kudos!

Any additional comments?

Michael Prescott wove a thriller that kept us on the edge of our seats. Our car trip to NYC and back to Boston seemed like minutes while listening to our Audible purchase, 'Blind Pursuit."When we arrived home, there were still three hours to go. We continued to listen when we arrived home. Since we both agreed that we could not finish this before bed, we bought this book for kindle. This is not a book you can put down, so we read well into the night.Fantastic thriller by Michael Prescott! My husband and I agreed that that the narrator, Allison McLemore, was incredible! She was able to change from character to character and was always on task and in character! We take many road trips and when listening to an audible book the narrator is so important! There have been times when we have stopped listening to a great book because the narrator's voice was so irritating. So, when issuing an audible book, choose your narrator with great care. I think Michael Prescott has found his narrator, Allison McLemore! Immediately, we bought another Michael Prescott book "Mortal Pursuit" on Kindle from Amazon. $2.99. Audible 1 credit that's at least $14.95 if you have a subscription.) I love your service and support but if the prices don't drop, the library will be my new source of Audible Books!Audible, your prices are so expensive. Somehow, someway, these prices need to be similar to Kindle editions on Amazon. I have a new Paperwhite Kindle that has no audio. Audible and Amazon, you need to work it out! With my new Paperwhite Kindle this will not be an option for me. However, I have 4 Kindles, an ipad, an iphone, and a new Mac connected to my Amazon account.Work it out!Sincerely,Jane Cappiello

Best I've read by this author

I found myself not only sitting in parking lots to hear more, but actually talking alound to the characters! I hate the cookie cutter mystery stories where you can guess the ending by the second chapter (or not even care) - this is not one of them. I was very pleasantly surprised and am now hooked on a new author. So far, this one is the best...

Poorly written predictable boring material. the only two things I can say that are positive are the reader did a good job and I'll never have to listen to this crapfest again.
