You are worth it
This audiobook walks through seven powerful themes like forgiveness, identity, and owning your truth. What stood out to me most was the focus on rewriting your internal narrative—recognizing the false beliefs you’ve carried and choosing something better. Made me rethink my patterns
I’ve been dealing with stress and didn’t want another book that just says “stay positive.” This one went deeper and showed how the brain works with stress and self-talk. It helped me catch some habits I didn’t even notice before. I feel like I have better tools to handle things. I feel less stuck and more aware of how I talk to myself in my head.

Science path
I am brave enough to change or say something when I plan to try or explore new things. We should thank science for revealing many things about the Earth and other natural things. Although I don’t believe that science is the answer for all things, I also think there is a God who created all things. Science has been silent on the question of who? And why? But I like science for revealing some truth about the internal impacts of mental health and physical wellbeing.
