Story was not good.

Didn’t feel like Capt Marvel faced any actual challenges. She was never worried and made any threat feel weak. Even when Ronin showed, she flew at him and “Mocked” him per the book.

Maybe the goal was to make her feel real strong with no challenges.

For some reason they made Nick Fury weak as well. Even had a scanner tell us how weak he is. At one point she pretty much put him on a time out and made him give her his pager. Him also stopping to play with the cat while trying to escape and needing capt marvel remind him they have to continue moving.

The reader was good, but I kept hearing breathing in the background. Not sure if it was her getting a breath or something else. But it was distracting.
