About this listen

Welcome to Crimson Elite, the most exclusive sex club in the world. Enter at your own risk, and always remember our number-one rule: You must never speak of Crimson Elite - the punishment is severe.

If God created the perfect man he would closely resemble Creed, on the outside that is. He’s as cavalier as they come. Unconcerned. Cold. Dismissive. I wonder if he has any feelings at all. And when his lips touch mine, everything goes black. He takes me into his world, and it’s the most magical thing I’ve ever experienced. And I’m sucked in time and time again. Like a moth to the flame, I am ready to be set alight.

Elicea is a firecracker. She has piqued my interest, and no one piques my interest anymore. Beautiful women are what I do - it’s my work. Not one of them has managed to get their claws into me the way she does. It’s as if she’s seeing my icy heart and trying to melt it, set it alight with each touch of her sinful lips. But that can’t work, it won’t work. Not in my world.

All books in the series can be listened to as stand-alone stories.

Contains mature themes.

Cavalier – Alisha and Creed

Elisha witnesses a crime and reports it to the police. She does not know that Creed committed it. She meets him at the bar/club where she worked. One patron there kept groping her and she hit him and quite before she was fired. Creed and his friends are in the club at the time and Creed witnesses this. When she leaves, he follows her out and offers her a job making much more money. While she is working at his extremely exclusive club, Crimson Elite, he could not keep his eyes off of her and eventually they end up getting together. Creed is one cold b@stard who kills any club member who talks, not to mention to horrible torture he inflicts. Elisha actually walks in while he was torturing someone in his basement. This was a really good book that I finished in one sitting. I hope there is more about Creed and Alisha in future books. Also, Creed’s mother was great! Teddy Hamilton and Mackenzie Cartwright did a great job with the narration.

It’s ok.

It reads like it’s missing parts out of the story. Where’s the character build up? Where’s the details that make this book come to life? I finished the entire book and thought “What? That’s it?”. I barely feel like I know the characters at all.

The narrator is not a good choice for this story. Too breathy. Better suited for a historical romance. Not a contemporary.

Good but not great

This one has me torn. There were things I really liked about the story and others that annoyed the crude out of me. Both lead characters are damaged which I understand. But their inability to communicate even on a basic level had me wanting to shake them both. And the h constantly ran or pushed the H away. It made it hard for me to form any kind of emotional connection to either of them. I think this author has a great foundation for an interesting series. And I appreciate the books are available to borrow for free. So I will most likely continue with the next book in the series.

Spoiler Review: Can we talk?

I’m all for a good romance, this is an ok one. I’m all for you’re into your boss and he is into you. But…. My boss is the hitman, assassin or muscle for a legally questionable enterprise and I’m in love with a killer? I find out and I move in with him because he is not going to kill me…. Right? I always wanted to know it was like to be inside the head of a killer. I don’t watch murder mysteries because I don’t like crime and yet I found this guy Creed to actually be interesting. I thought it was more interesting that Creed could love somebody. The premise of the book, let the killer meet somebody he’s in love with and doesn’t kill her, because you know, he is in love with her, is strange. What is stranger is that girlfriend when she finds out that he’s a killer does not leave permanently. No I get you’re afraid, I get you’re nervous but you don’t have to sleep with the killer after you know he’s a killer. I just think that since he was prepared to kill you in the beginning he may be prepared to kill you at some other point in time. The fact that she thinks she can control the killer is what I find stops the suspension of reality for me. I found myself more concerned about what the author was thinking when she wrote this, then what is really going on in the book. It’s a creative idea that the killer is capable of love and loyalty, maybe even tenderness, but the killer still a killer. This also reminded me of this new edict, where Maleficent is actually a good guy, Cruella Deville is actually a good guy, no at some point, suspension of disbelief stops for me when it get to crazy. It has to be reasonable, like the Dursley’s, they were mean and not redeemable, Aunt Lydia is evil and unredeemable. Serena. Joy, Fred and Voldemort are all unreservedly unredeemable. Killer’s don’t receive love because they are the bad guy not the good guy. Creed is the bad guy. What did I like then to give it a good review, the story is intriguing and it made me think and that is always enjoyable.

ALMOST WANTED TO SLAP A B**CH!

The story is great. only problem i had was she played to many games! i was starting to think she did NOT deserve him cuz of her always treating him like shit no matter what he did to make things right she ALWAYS had to mess with his head knowing he has trouble feeling ANYTHING FOR ANYONE! thats how most people are today tho... rather play than work at something.

OMG! Amazing

It was dark, explosive, complicated but in a good way. It had me captivated from beginning to end. Can’t wait to listen to the other audible books. IF you love dark romance with a little bit of danger then I would recommend book series

Read if you want Spice

The storyline was so rushed. All of a sudden she got the job, and they fell in love? Lol but if you just want ✨spice✨ no plot, I would recommend.
