Publisher's summary

In this enlightening audio progrm, Louise L. Hay discusses the difficulties you may encounter when you're going through a period of "change and transition". She assures you that anything new that you're learning can take time to get accustomed to, and that when you fall back into old patterns, you must "build yourself up" instead of "beat yourself up". Louise closes the lecture with a beautiful and empowering meditation.

I love Louise Hays teachings.

I began reading and listening to Louise hay in the mid-1990s and learned so much about the power of your thoughts and the power of your words. Now in 2017 I find it important to go back and listen to her works again reinforcing the foundational tenants of her teachings during this time in my life.

Louise never fails to inspire me!

While this recording is dated, it nevertheless rings true and relevant. Her first book got me thru a difficult time. This is a great tune-up.

Pretty Terrific!

Would you consider the audio edition of Change and Transition to be better than the print version?

I love having this audible and listen to it every night when I get ready to sleep. I also have other Louise Hay audibles that I listen to. I think the audible is way better than the print version because all you have to do is listen to it. It's like Louise is talking with you and you just listen, laugh and learn.

What did you like best about this story?

I love how Louise gives practical affirmations to help you get past your personal blocks then propels you into forward thinking that is so useful in everyday life.

Have you listened to any of Louise L. Hay’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I have listened to other Louise Hay performances and they all have a wonderful vibe to them. You walk away with good information that helps you to be successful in your thinking, then in real life.

What insight do you think you’ll apply from Change and Transition?

The insight that I believe I will apply is remembering that as a puppet in my world, I have the power to steer and guide my life simply by thinking positively.

Any additional comments?

Listening to Louise Hay performances is a learning process but once you get it, "you get it".

Exactly What I Needed

Love Louise Hay. This audio was perfect for where I am, what I’m going through & where I want to go, to make changes & her as always enlightening ways to transition. She makes it sound so easy & yet you have to stay mindful, affirm and practice, etc. I will listen to this & many of her many other audibles I have over & over. They have changed my life. Love her soothing, loving voice too.

Good.

She regurgitates a few things that you might already know if you've been following her for a while. It's also the first time I've heard her hold a Q&A which was nice. However I do wish that she would have focused more on the topic at hand because I still feel that there is much I don't know about the topic, but I did gain some very insightful information. Warning she also uses the word "bitch" which is very funny and arouses a Round of Applause and laughter from the audience which is well deserved. She does not use it in an angry or malicious way. She is wonderful I love her.
