About this listen

Characters are the soul of your novel.

This is why you need to make them memorable. The authors of this novel have done research so you don't have to. This book includes dialogue (what not to do and how to make the characters distinguishable), how to do background stories (what draws readers in and what makes them turn the pages), physical appearance (not everyone should look the same, adding diversity makes your story believable)... and so much more.

Filled with lots of good basic tips for writing a novel. Narration is smooth and relaxing. Easy to understand. i recomend this book if you are a writer.

Interesting information. Clear narration.

This book don’t offer you anything if you have a basic knowledge about character development. But if you are new to it I suppose this is a good start.

Use full but not great

The book is moderately useful. I like the fact that it's a distillation of tools on characterization. But I heard a few grammatical errors which really turned me off. Narration is just ok.
