The recordings of bird songs and wonderful, and you get up to eight song variations of each species, but the overall product is cumbersome as a learning tool because:

1) There's no organization. Species that are usually grouped together are scattered and separated across the 50 minutes. For example, why are song sparrow and white-throated sparrow in completely different parts of the recording? Makes it difficult to study.

2) None of the chapters have headings. So as you're driving / listening, you can't skip to the birds you're trying to study.

3) The chapter clusters make NO sense. Each chapter groups about five birds -- all unrelated -- and you have no way of skipping to a particular bird species.

Why would a purported learning tool be so hostile to learners?

Nice recordings but not user friendly
