It’s a masterly book of body language. I got an idea about what is body language, body language and posture, body language and the art of dating, body language and interviews, decoding body language, how to become a human lie detector, things you do that you shouldn’t do, giving yourself the mirror test, interpreting person’s smile. All chapters are well organized.

I wouldn’t call this book one that would lead you to be an expert status after listening, but it helps tremendously for basic level body language listens and a bit beyond. If you interact with strangers often, or deal with them for work, this is a really good resource. There could be more focus on cultural differences that we may misinterpret as body language cues but that’s my only criticism.

This book is edifying and important. It is exquisitely formed and clear. On the off chance that I would have discovered this sooner it could have spared my relationship. You realize it's an extraordinary book when your kid requests course reading as a blessing after they've graduated and they convey it with them for quite a long time perusing everything about it. I delighted in this guide and would recommend it to any person who needs to make sense of how to understand the basics of Nonverbal Communication.

This guide has been helping me decode the body language of others while I am in business meetings or going on dates. At over 100 min long, this book is a great value! I recommend this book to anyone who is interested in learning how to decode body language as well as learning how to communicate more effectively. I hope this author publishes a shorted "quick guide" of pure body language meanings.
