I have been waiting to listen to this book since I started the Free series. This book did not disappoint at all. I very much recommend this book.

Silas was such a presence in other books. I am happy to have his book now and that he found his lady, Sawyer. I loved it all, just wish the ending wasn’t so rushed. It was a good ending, just did not want it to end. I love reading books while listening to the audible. This one was great and the narrators were perfection. It’s going to be one I listen to frequently.

Honestly, I haven't been a big fan of this LLV series, but because the books are connected I wanted to read them all. I almost quit after the last book, but this one?? Omg! I loved it!!!!

Sylus is the president of the Dixie Wardens so he has been mentioned quite a bit in other books. I normally hate big age gaps but decided to give it a go anyway and I'm so glad I did! Hands down the best book of the series.

I think the main reason is because of Sawyer. She was likeable, smart, mature, not a virgin (finally), and didn't turn into 12 year old like so many of the other females in this series.

I actually felt their connection, the bad guy scenario was played out perfectly, and many back stories were explained. Perfect!!

I love all of Lani’s books but this is my favorite one of all. The narration is excellent and I will listen to it many times I’m sure.

I love Silas! He is my favorite character that LLV has created. Sawyer is great too. This story just keeps me hooked and keeps me wanting more!! Love it!

Narrators both did great jobs. I felt like I was listening to sawyer and Silas and not Lydia and Mason. That’s the work of truly great narrators!

Loved it !! this story. the narrator is so fantastic it's like your really there!! After listening to this story,. I totally enjoyed reading this book. It’s well written and the characters were uniquely fantastic. I would suggest this book to my friends that like this sort of genera. this was a good book. The narrator was great.

I loved this book out of the series the best. Finally got the story on quite a bit of the whole group and Silas’ family. The mix of people from the other series was interspersed. The connections were great. Your narrators are awesome, some of the best I’ve ever enjoyed!
