The narrator misspells several words.

I felt like I was listening to an outline of many points. The book's narrative was not engaging.

Just don’t unless you like being read Wikipedia pages

This is the first audiobook I’ve ever “returned”. It’s is just a very poorly written and structured book, it’s basically two books in one and both are equally bad. It starts with discussing critical thinking and at multiple points I literally felt I was being read to directly from a Wikipedia page. All the concepts were very academic in nature, but at a elementary level with no value unless you were trying to memorize content for a multiple choice test.

The dark psychology section I made it half way through before I finally gave up on this book. This second section again is just poorly structured and thought out. It also advocates for a complete pessimistic and victim mindset which I feel is just lazy writing try to fuel up some kind of emotion to mask the poor content and writing.

The narration/performance was good all things considered. Kind of dry and expressionless but I can’t fault that with the type of material they had to work with.
