Publisher's summary

Since its release as a small mixed-media podcast, DKMH has topped charts all over the internet. Written and produced by Stranger Things star Dacre Montgomery, the DKMH platform is expanding to print. This exciting debut collection of poetry and prose is an analysis of ego, love, anger, and anxiety. Each poem investigates our individual driving forces and how experiences shape us into the humans we are, deeply personal yet strangely familiar and universal. Consumable on a variety of platforms, DKMH is a constant battle between themes that explore the biggest life questions: who are we, why are we, and what drives us?

Beautiful

Never thought much of poetry but hearing how it helped him overcome anxiety has given me a creative outlet to go into battle with my own anxiety. I bought the physical book itself to go along with this recording and I enjoyed it, listening to the playlist provided while I went about my day on my days off. The poetry in the book is deep and thoughtful, when you close your eyes, you can picture the poems. Dacre is, in fact one of the "word wizards" he mentioned. There is something special about being able to elicit an emotion out of a listener or reader. He is able to with both his words and speech.
