I loved the way they brought out that bad things happen, but you can see God working throughout the entire process.

I love Janette Oke books, I grew up reading Love Comes Softly and the seasons of the heart series. Love the heart she puts into each piece and her love for the Lord shines through the pages and is evident that she loves hers readers enough to share God’s love with them. Reading her books have truly changed my mind about Christian fiction. They are not the typical “christian” books that we so often see, today. Just because you say God or Jesus’ name doesn’t really mean that your book has real meat and meaning. When one adds all the fluff and sexuality in their books makes one question how it got on the Christian Fiction train in the first place?
Reading Mrs. Oke’s books and her daughter collaborations are just so refreshing and beautiful in every particular. I am currently trying to read all of JO’s books and slowly getting there. 😍
Tear Jerker!!
