de·flected
[dih-flek-tid]
verb
When an object changes direction after hitting something, or the cause to deviate from an intended purpose.
See examples Tiffany and Rowen Flanigan:
After surviving the biggest sex scandal to rock major league soccer, the Flanigans are finally living the dream. They’re newlyweds, have great friends, and are both making names for themselves in their respective careers. They have goals for their future and big plans on how to make it all happen.
But when a new and unexpected development suddenly arises, Tiffany and Rowen realize all those carefully made plans are about to become irrelevant. Things will never be the same when their lives are deflected.

In my humble opinion, I think you should listen to Deflected before you listen to Megged. I think it should have come after Goalie instead.
Great story!

This story shows a lot of growth for Tiffany which I really appreciated. She’s not one you love right away if you read Groupie. But she’s come a long way from those early days
Love these narrators.
Nailed it.

There's not much more swoonworthy than a man embracing fatherhood the way Rowen does. Add the Irish side of him and I was a goner for him. And a kick butt heroine like Tiffany with her brains and strength added an extra depth I hadn't expected.
This was a beautiful conclusion to their story and the Mutiny series as a whole. I wouldn't be opposed to a short story in the future with an update on Daniel and Quincy and Mari and Santos... but only because I loved them too!
The narration for this book was spot on. Christian Fox does an Irish accent better than anyone I know... and Muffy Newtown brought out the sparkle in Tiffany's character. Love them both!
Can you swoon too hard?
