increíble
He probado todas las dietas de moda. Estaba comenzando en mi viaje cetogénico sin entenderlo realmente cuando salió este audiolibro. ¡Oh Dios mío! No soy el único que se quita todas mis joyas y cada puntada de la ropa antes de pesarme. Lo que más me gusta de este audiolibro es que está escrito por una persona real. No es un experto en el uso de jerga y es muy entendible para el público en general. Gracias.

bien narrado y estructurado
¡Me ha encantado este audiolibro! Esta súper bien estructurado, es facilísimo de entender y de seguir las fases. Viene con unos buenos consejos y tengo muchísimas ganas de empezar esta nueva etapa de mi vida. Siempre me ha costado muchísimo seguir un régimen, ¡pero en este audiolibro me lo han puesto muy fácil – gracias!

cuando empiezas en el estilo de vida cetogénico la preparación de las comidas es un reto. Por eso este audiolibro es especialmente recomendable: es sencillo, claro y ofrece recetas que se hacen un suspiro. un buen audiolibro para empezar con el ayun
¡El audiolibro es excelente! Te explica con mucha claridad cómo comenzar a perder peso gracias al ayuno, te explica varias recetas bajas en calorías, y varios consejos más, como por ejemplo que beneficios tiene en los deportistas, ya he escuchado el primer audiolibro de este autor y la verdad que resultan muy útiles e interesantes.

ojalá hubiera más de 5 estrellas
Gracias al autor por ser tan real y decirlo como es. Entiendo mucho la vergüenza y la culpa de tener sobrepeso y comer demasiado. Recuerdo que saqué una F en la clase de gimnasia de la escuela secundaria porque no quería que otros vieran mi grasa (mi "yo").
