About this listen

As she contemplates turning 30 years old while still being in the adult film trade, Asa Akira, author of the best-seller Insatiable, delves into her past, present, and future, exploring the events that brought her to where she is now and the surprising and insightful plans she has for her future. Internationally known as a porn star, Akira's perceptive, funny, and straightforward writings on love, sex, death, marriage, and celebrity come together in a surprising book of essays. Personally revealing as well as universal, Dirty Thirty marks the coming of age of a new literary star.

Her other book is better

This is still really entertaining though, one of my favs ever, and the voice actress has a similar voice to Asa.

Loved it!

Folks, I could listen to Asa tell her stories nonstop for hours! Incredibly entertaining and articulate and at the same time, so laid back and relaxed. Veronica Worthington did a magnificent job narrating an already highly enjoyable book. Overall, I have zero complaints and nothing but high praise for the writing and narration! Highly recommended!

Not much.

It didn’t go anywhere. I still don’t understand the ultimate takeaway that was intended. There were definitely entertaining parts and parts that were attention-grabbing…but it just felt cobbled together with no focus. Not horrible, just disjointed.

this was fun I'm going to buy her other book 2

this was thoroughly a impulse by but I'm definitely glad I did. I've always been a fan of this person's work and I liked the wackiness of her lifestyle to say the least. looking forward to actually meeting her someday and have her sign my physical book

almost nothing

I think the biggest fallacy or illusion the writer Asa Akira has is that she actually believe her life is interesting and that she is a literal genius...unfortunately neither of the statements held true
