About this listen

They know your name!

Voices are calling us - voices without an attached form. Encounters with these disembodied voices warn us, haunt us, confuse us, inspire us, and scare us. Explore spine-chilling, true stories from the author's investigations and real occurrences throughout history that expose this rarely explored phenomenon.

Objectively and thoroughly presented, the evidence and theories shine light on possible reasons and agendas for these voices and where they might originate. Gain insight into what they are and what we may be able to learn from them. Sometimes they inspire great acts; other times they lead us astray. Are they forgotten woodland deities? Is it an ancient evil from the days of Eden? Is there a single intelligence behind them all...or perhaps we shouldn’t look too deeply...or else....

Famous reports from history as well as never-before-published reports of disembodied voices from the everyday lives of common people are discussed. But what about you? When the voices call, will you answer? Hair-raising conclusions found here will make you think twice.

Mind Blowing

I read this book two years ago, and I was impressed by the thorough research and intelligent thought put behind one of the more peculiar paranormal phenomena out there. disembodied voices, or perhaps some of you are aware of mimic voices. A must-read, you won't be disappointed.

Finally on Audible

Loved the book! Also love that the actual author narrates. Can’t wait to hear him back on Coast to Coast. Everyone who believes in something else out there must read this book!

So I need to update this review, I have now relistened to the. Book at least twice and select sections multiple times the book just gets better each time I listen and pick up more that I missed the previous listens .Really enjoyed the book, the author has a passion for the topic and found the passion in his narration. Some of the stories will have your hair standing on end.

I was hooked

Gets down to the personal accounts, some are chilling. Ties some of the phenomenon to the Missing 411 series. Gives you a lot to think about after reading.

This was a very interesting book. It was stimulating, as it shared lore from different parts of the world. It taught me things I didn’t know about the paranormal and cryptozoology. The topic has always interested me and I thought of myself as well read, but this book was full a cool new information. Though I consider myself mostly a skeptic, I was fascinated by the theories the author had about his topic. It was a great mix of facts and speculation. I respected that he was open about that and let the reader do their own thinking. And I will close with the highest mark (for me) regarding this book; it absolutely scared the living daylights out of me. You will never look at the natural world the same again.

I review here infrequently, but…
