About this listen

I have one rule to live by: Don't Date a DILF.

I've seen the consequences of blurring the boundaries between teaching life and dating life, and I'm not about to take that kind of risk.

But I didn't count on Hunter Rhodes walking into my school. Never expected that the broad-shouldered, stubble-jawed, absolute glory of a man would be such a sweet and caring father. Or that as a seemingly straight man, he might decide he wants me.

If my Nana has her way . . . I'll be in love with someone by the end of the school year, but there's only one man who tempts me. With her matchmaking in overdrive and half the single women in Granville setting their sights on Hunter, faking a relationship could give us both a reprieve, but at what cost?

It might be fun and games for Hunter, but separating pretend feelings from real won't be so simple for me. And then there's that rule . . .

Can I date a DILF without disaster—or will all my fears come true?

Contains mature themes.

Iggy Toma!! 🔥

Iggy is a phenomenal narrator and his range in voice is stunning.

First and foremost poor little Toby is the cutest. I just want to bear hug him! I love all the meddling grandmas too, they are hilarious.

And for the record- this is my formal request for a hunter of my own please!

Hunter and Clark just work so well. They are playful, sexy, needy, but very fun together.

Awesome little romance!

Loved the values of the characters. A gorgeous small town romance that was enjoyable every minute of the way, and of course Iggy Toma’s performance is flawless as always!

Fun group of people

This was a very good story. well written with a fun group of people in a sweet little town. Kid friendly and a group of nosy old ladies who know everything. very easy listen. first time male attraction. DILF! Narration by Iggy Toma is always entertaining, he brings fun and life to even the old ladies characters. I can't wait to see where this series goes next in this quaint little town. 👏🔥❤

Enjoyable but also uncomfortable to read at times.

The narration was good, and the story had a nice premise. The author did a nice world building around the characters but….im tired of reading loved ones being bullies and the character don’t standup for themselves.

The grandmothers story line was uncomfortable. It isn’t love to be pushy and disrespectful because they want to see someone else happy. You should not have to beg someone to stop.
