This doesn't seem written by a person
There is no way an english speaking human being wrote this. Extremely weird sentence structure and words that don't make sense . At one point a child was referred to as a "creature." Then every sentence after had odd word choices. I would not be surprised if it was either written by AI or a non-english speaker putting it into google translate. It's too bad because the voice actor was great and deserves better work.

Utter waste of time
Terrible terrible terrible. Dopamine helps.
Some instrumental music, No coffee,no sugar.
Low carb diet’s are dangerous? High fat diets cause cardiovascular problems? Where’s your science for that? Narrator will hurt you, and cause anxiety.
