Appropriate for all ages
This book had good information and things that I have read and studied in other places. However it did not stand out to me among other similar books. Lots of info so either sit and take notes or get the paperback.
Liked sections added about working out, mindfulness, cost, and set backs but the way they were added it was hard to follow because they were mentioned and then in the next chapter they are brought up again. Make one chapter with all the info. Those are critical to staying with and seeing results in a diet.

- There are not references to studies or research so it comes across as a doctor's opinion book
