Who is this for?

I can’t figure out the intended audience for this book. Overall quality is that of a seventh grade book report. Lots of repetition and cherry-picked inspirational quotes. It dabbles in some complex concepts and pretends to offer evidence of it’s hypothesis but never actually does. What few examples it sights are highly subjective. There has to be better texts on this subject. This one is just not worth the time it takes to read or listen to it.
