If you haven't read RJ's Spina's first book Supercharged Self Healing, you'll want to after you read this newest book Change Your Mind. It not only provides a step by step 14-day journaling and self-discovery exercise that will uncover the real you, but it also provides many profound documented healings with his clients that utilized the tools. RJ also gives us an energy diagnostic tool that is simple to use, and helps to evaluate how specific people, activities, social events, and even jobs we choose either add or take away from our energy bank. I was able to clearly see, in a measurable way, how to better direct my interactions to fill my energy reserve rather than to deplete it. The icing on the cake is to purchase the audible version, which is narrated by RJ himself, while reading along in the printed version highlighting and filling the borders with his nuggets of wisdom. RJ truly makes the pages come alive! He gives us all a chance to experience who we truly are and to break free from the shell of limitation we've imprisoned ourselves in. As RJ states in the book, the only thing to lose by making this truly small investment, is everything that has been holding you back from living life as the true you. For the past 3 years I have had extreme anxiety!! Nothing could stop it- Multiple different Medications , multiple therapy sessions none took away this aching pain in center of my chest. I would literally wake up in the morning open my eyes and feel the anxiety instantly!! Even at times I had nothing I had been worried about, but it still remained!! The SAME day I read the books, The pain in my chest GONE…two weeks later GONE!!! I have not taken one anxiety pill since-no depression meds!!! Just a light feeling within. Hearing his words are so real to me…I never knew why I felt I was different from my family and other people throughout my life. Why my outlook on life and its tribulations were so different from the people around me, even those who raised me. So much so they would say I lived in “Melina Land” - I have so many questions I wish I could ask RJ about life, how to handle certain situations, how to share this and show others they too can be free of the self inflicted pain and suffering we create in our lives!!!! It is like this truth has lived deep within me for as long as I can remember!! I have read many books about shutting down that critical inner voice. But this is the first book that talks about all the different ways that you self sabotage and most importantly offers easy, practical actions that you can take to stop it permanently. Everything is explained in easy language with a lot of analogies which is his style, which makes it very accessible. It emphasises that it's not complicated even though it's not easy. But if you take the actions, they really work.

I have also listened to Supercharged Self-Healing and is on benefits enormously from being narrated by the author. His voice adds an extra element.

I have had the luck to attend one of his courses and can say I've never met such a generous and loving soul. Truly a master.

I highly recommend this book. One of the few that actually is simple to understand, with real, practical teachings.

A LOT of the things that we are to shed (ie Habits of the False Self) are just still part of my reality, so for me this is both new and good to know. Gotta say, I'm learning a lot. Love the "how to Deprogram the Subconscious mind" chapter. I love the "magic tricks" to be neutral, they work. Who knew thinking was so problematic. Anyway, glad to delve into this new material, looking forward to meeting who I actually am. Hoping the exercises will prove to be a way to do just that.

I have listened to this twice and am about to now read along while listening to this as I feel I need 2 sensory input sources so as to garner every nugget and gem! I was already considering my motive in most things but I was not taking the questions to their final exhaustive conclusion and hence not drilling down deep enough. I'm so happy to now have a process to follow that will get me deeper to my end goal, gnosis. I also now understand that all judgement is self judgement and learned how to use that info to find pockets of subconscious shadows and how to properly handle them. I wholeheartedly recommend this book for anyone looking to understand themselves and what makes them tick better! It is transformational, if you dare!
