Excellent!
This little book is very encouraging, positive, and joyful listening experience. The author provides methods for practicing metaphysical ways to create a new and better fulfillment for the life of your dreams. These are magical life hacks as the author is a healer. I feel that Author Antonia Harman truly has the ability, knowledge, knowing and innerstanding to be of great assistance to as many people as possible. I don’t want to give a big review and total breakdown of the book so it can be enjoyed in a fresh manner without giving away everything. I love this little book and I intend to listen to the beautiful messages, suggestions and techniques again and again.

Meh...
Very sophomoric. Nothing we haven't heard already. I didn't finish. Kept skipping to the next chapter hoping there would be some good info. No "secrets" on energy. She has a lovely voice and is good at narration though.
