Love yourself and get submersed in this book.
I am new to this process. Anxiety since I was 5, so I’m looking for another way to live and after finishing this book I’ll be done with my junk shortly. This book opened my life to so many facts. Every page further and further in is powerful.

Can’t recommend enough
I love hearing the science behind these techniques before trying them. And let me tell you, it works. My experience of my life has already been altered significantly after ONE WEEK of doing the meditations at the end of the book. Everything was altered after the first meditation honestly! Just do it. You won’t be sorry.
