About this listen

Since the moment Kaelynn Dotson walked into my world, I haven’t been able to think, eat, or sleep. After having my heart broken by the only woman I’ve ever loved, Kaelynn has ignited something deep down inside me - a flame so hot that I cannot ignore, no matter how hard I try.

I vowed to never open myself up to a woman again, but there’s something about Kaelynn that is drawing me to her.

There’s just one problem.

She’s hiding something from me. Trust is something I need, but when it comes to Kaelynn, all the lines seem to be blurred. I know I should take this as a warning and walk away, but for some reason, it’s only enticing me more.

~

I’m living a lie.

I’m not the girl from a middle-class family in Utah like Nash thinks. I’m the heiress to a billion-dollar fortune, and that’s not what he’s looking for. He’s had that before, and it left him scarred.

If the truth comes out, I’ll lose the only man I’ve ever fallen in love with...I’m not sure I’m willing to give him up.

Entice Me is a stand-alone novel within the Austin Singles series.

One issue

I wish the series hadn’t included ANOTHER “I’m afraid to tell the other” situation. And, seriously, the secret being that she was rich was a little much. I understand the reason why she didn’t always tel people, but to make it SUCH a big deal was a little insulting to the reader. And also - the use of “I need to tell you something” MULTIPLE times again in the book was less than creative. But I did love the book.

dislike heroine and hero

This story didn't do it for me. This is spoiler: this could've been a good story if the heroine wasn't apologetic for being rich. You shouldn't be ashamed of being rich if that's part of who you are. Not only she was apologetic to the hero for her deception, he had someone to do background check on her and she still blamed herself?! As a romance lover, i hate stupid heroine. I don't care if i don't like the hero but heroine is my main character and she has to be smart and strong. This one, for a rich girl, acted so immature and dumb. I won't recommend this story and i won't continue with the next one. The performance were superb and they got me to finish it.

Good story, solid narration

Nash is seriously swoonable! While I enjoyed the last book, Seduce Me, I hated Lili’s treatment of Nash. I was relieved when he fell hard and fast for Kaelynn. Oddly she has this innocence about her even while deceiving everyone around her.

The narrators Joseph Discher and Grace Grant did a great job. I always enjoy Grace Grant’s narration. I’m not too picky with narrators honestly. As long as they don’t murder the language, I can enjoy the story. Grant and Discher were enjoyable to listen too. I enjoyed Entice Me a lot. I would mind if this series continues at all!!

I ❤️ Nash!

I really liked Nash in the first book. He was such a good friend to Tucker, and I loved his personality as well. Also, I think construction workers and men who could build houses are hot. Plus, add the fact that he’s a Texan makes him the perfect book boyfriend. 😊

Kaylen is sweet, and has a kind heart. I love how she fit in with the gang and she was very down to earth. I hate the fact that they hid things from each other, but that makes for a good love story.

I didn’t really care for the narration of this audiobook. Grace wasn’t too bad, but I think Joseph did a horrible job portraying Nash. The book describes Nash as having a southern accent and Joseph didn’t even attempt to add one. He wasn’t too bad when he was doing other voices, but when he was just reading the book in general, it sounded very monotone. He may be good at audiobooks with other characters, but he just ruined this one for me. They should’ve use the guy that read for Tucker in the first book.
