About this listen

The New York Times best-selling author of the On Dublin Street series returns to Hartwell, Delaware - the perfect place to get away from it all and find what you never knew you needed....

Bailey Hartwell has many reasons to feel content - her successful business, a close circle of friends, and her steady boyfriend, even if their romance feels staid after 10 years without a serious commitment. The only challenge in her life comes in the form of sexy businessman Vaughn Tremaine. She thinks the ex-New Yorker acts superior and that he considers her a small-town nobody. But when Bailey's blindsided by a betrayal, she's shocked to discover Vaughn is actually a decent guy.

Vaughn admires Bailey's free spirit, independence, and loyalty. As his passion for her has grown, his antagonism toward her has only worsened. Every little thing Bailey does seduces him. But when Vaughn's painful emotional past makes him walk away in fear he will hurt her, it opens an old wound in Bailey, and she uncharacteristically retreats.

Once Vaughn begins to realize he's made the biggest mistake of his life, he has no choice but to fight like he's never fought before to convince Bailey that the love they've found together comes around only once in a lifetime.

And thankfully there is one more in the series! Loved this book in so many ways. Great character development, performance is spot on and the writing is excellent. You really feel like you know the characters and cheer for them as well as feel their sorrow.
A bit of spice as well but not too much.

ENJOY this book and the series!

Another Good One

Bailey and Vaughn, I knew this book was going to be intense. You can’t help but see it coming from a mile away in book one.
It was a little predictable but that’s ok because what we got was an epic romance.

The chemistry and banter between these two are pretty explosive and interesting I didn’t want to stop listening. Vaughn is an intriguing character and I loved how he never tries to be anything other then what he is.

Bailey for all her bravado has a soft underbelly and we get to see that, I think that made me like her just a little bit more. Her family though has me scratching my head. How can her parents not see what everyone else could? I guess that is parents though.

I really liked the end. <3

The narration ok I got used to Tad for sure but I kind of thought Vaughn would have a much gruffer voice if that makes sense. Angelica Lee, I just love to bits.

Hart's Boardwalk has become my new favorite series. I didn't think I would find a series that I liked more than On Dublin Street, but listen to this Samantha Young has struck pure romance gold. Every Little Thing mainly focuses on the antagonistic/lustful relationship between Bailey and Vaughn but I love how what seems like the entire town gets involved. Bailey is such an integral part of the Boardwalk that she seems to have her nose in everybody's business and vice versa. In addition to all the heat and dysfunction with Bailey and Vaughn we get to keep up with characters from the previous book and a bit more insight into what's coming with characters in future books. And oh what interesting characters and possibilities lie ahead. Ms. Young does an amazing job of developing interesting characters with complex and complicated relationships that compels us to keep listening and anxiously await the next installment.

The narrators were perfect for this book. Angelica Lee was able to portray Bailey's outgoing and involved personality so that you feel the emotions with her. Oh, Tad Branson has a deep sexy voice that helps to us envision Vaughn and all of his hotness.

Absolutely, most definitely worth the credit. I have listened to over 1100 romance and erotica books and this series is in the top 1% of my favorites.

So Much Heart on Hart's Boardwalk
