Great methodology to lose weight

This book is well narrated and written. Besides, it consists of a lot of natural ways to lose weights. A lot of books are trying to promote pills or drugs to achieve the same goal. Personally, I dont feel like drugs are healthy to our body system. We should focus on our diet and lifestyle to naturally and gradually reach our goal.

Strangely reminiscent!

This audiobook is really helpful to me. I certainly started being much more conscious about my food and started eating smaller meals. I love Self-Hypnosis Meditations!

Get the weight off for good

We all know that losing the weight is only a fraction of the battle. The lions-share of the efforting lies in KEEPING IT OFF! It doesn’t have to be difficult, you just need to follow a plan that works, like the methods outlined in this excellent audiobook. Kudos to the author and thank you for helping me fit into my nice fitting new pair of Jeans lol!

IF you want to lose weight fast, than this is the book for you! Easy, healthy way to naturally lose all that weight without much effort. Only downside is wish it was even longer!

This really works

I found this audiobook to be extremely helpful in my weight loss journey. I've unfortunately put on some weight over the last couple of years and had a difficult time controlling my eating, so I was looking for something like this to help. The author did an excellent job explaining cravings and lack of nutrients, the psyche of eating, and then how to literally change your brain to promote healthy eating and weight loss. I especially enjoyed listening to the hypnosis and meditation portions while laying in bed before going to sleep. Not only did it promote re-wiring of my brain positively, but also helped me fall asleep. My conscious decisions now tend towards healthy eating and I'm on my way to losing weight!

Good for weight loss

There is nothing wrong with taking some personal time to reprogram your own mind to think and react in a more positive and healthy way. This book is a breakthrough.

I have always wondered about the power of hypnosis, and this book kind of blew my mind. And using hypnosis to help lose weight makes perfect sense to me. But this book is not just about that.
