I love this audiobook. It made me calmer. My favorite part is the affirmation. I use it like a meditation and start to listen to it in the morning. It set the tone of my day. I've heard that the mind can alter certain ways the body works, like how some would when we feel pain, it is all in our heads, which makes sense. I've noticed that if I think about it, it's worse than when I am distracted, It is the same for others I know. And hypnosis for weight loss is no different. If we think about it, when we think about being full, we fill up faster when we eat. And we are just rewiring our brains as a means of helping the process.

The great part about this book is it doesn't just focus on losing weight. It provides relaxation, sleep assistance, and mindful meditation, which is excellent because a lot of people make horrible decisions when they are not mentally prepared and not in tune with their bodies.

This book is also great even for those who want to use other methods of weight loss with it since some of the wide variety of affirmations works well for those who choose to diet.
