About this listen

Ruthless. Arrogant. Ice cold.

Everyone warned me that the CFO of McCord Media was a nightmare to work for. I knew it going in, but I figured I could keep my head down and stay under Cole McCord’s radar.

I figured wrong.

Because a month before I started as his assistant, Mr. Ruthless and I spent one scorching hot night together in bed.

In my defense, I had no idea that the gorgeous stranger I hooked up with at my girlfriend's birthday party would turn out to be my new boss. But company policy forbids work relationships, so it’s strictly business from now on.

If only we could stop falling into bed together.

If only he didn’t make me feel things I’ve never felt before.

If only he wasn’t keeping a secret that could destroy us both.

Author's note: Fall Into You is a standalone romance with dark themes and spicy bedroom scenes intended for mature listeners only.

Jacob Morgan and duet narration is 🔥!

I enjoyed the story, but I think JT has written stronger ones. The sexy dialogue was sooo good though. I wish there had been more and I wish there had been more to the plot, but overall it was a good listen and I would recommend it. Angelina Rocca is a new narrator to me and I really liked her. I'll seek out more of her work. the duet narration was great. I can't go back to dual.

Amazing story

Another beautiful story by JT Geissinger. Narrators were absolute perfection. Jacob Morgan is one of the best.

So, soooo good!

This was absolutely one of the best by far! It was so hot and steamy, and sweet, and intriguing. It was also witty, funny, and all the things that make a great romance. I also cannot rave enough about the narrating cast! WOW! This one was phenomenal! I would have liked a little more HEA, but it ended beautifully enough that I didn’t deduct any stars, or feel bereft by the ending.

Better Than Liars

It was OK but you've heard this story before - it's just JT's version. The narrators were better this round.

what a roller coaster ride!

Jacob Morgan and Angelina Rocca brought this to life!! The grumpiest of a$$holes meets the sweetest sunshine, but their stories go so much deeper. JT Geisinger has written another winner

Jacob Morgan Stole My Heart With this Character

I firmly believe the audition for this role was based upon how Jacob Morgan could purr the word baby .He says it .in such a way goosebumps appeared and didn't go away till the last chapter. He says it like a whisper..which is just as effective as a growl, but more illicit and sinful. I didn't just listen to this book once..but twice. It reminded me of when I was a teen and would listen to a song over and over. You become transfixed .
This year is the year of the audiobook narrator..honestly #Netflix, and the movie association should sit up and take notice. I don't have other streaming services anymore, or cable .I think the acting in a audiobook s ares much more genuine and heartfelt than 90 percent of the movies that are available today and If I see one of my fave narrators listed..I'm immediately going to buy it.
The character Cole McCord was a complex one, and JT Geissinger has you invested, I think with the plot twist at the end at 80% of the book , it would have been better to add a part 2 . I felt like the accident should have been developed into more suspense like an attempt on Cole's life and there should have been an additional attempt, with Axel becoming more of a instrumental character. Cole is a dark character, and for him to just accept retirement from everything seemed rushed like the author considered a cliffhanger but changed her mind not to have a second book for this character. I felt like we needed more time with Cole and Shay. Further Shay's character seemed underdeveloped, she cried too much , I was happy at the point she said NO to.Cole after he ignored her for a week. I hate female characters who sit and wait for the man to finally have an epiphany that he can't live with out her. She should have shaken him up more. Made him grovel.. He had it way to easy after being such an idiot. Accident or not.

I fell for them both

I thought I loved this book, but then I got the audiobook, and all the emotions increased exponentially. I thought I knew what I was getting into, but these two genius narrators really made it special.

Angelina Rocca is Shay, the stubborn, strong girl who doesn’t put up with Cole’s antics and gives as much as she gets. Her voice has the perfect sass! Jacob Morgan personifies Cole’s darkness and light and his grumpiness and desire for control, but also the way he loves—with everything he has.

They meet at a hotel bar when Shay is dared to go up to the stranger who’s been eyeing her. It’s awkward at first, but then it turns HOT because they have so much chemistry. So, why not give in for one night?

We’re used to girls pining over their one-night stands, but Cole falls first—and hard. Jacob’s internal monologues showcase how much he wants this woman and how much he knows he can’t have her.

Shay hasn’t forgotten about him, but she’s resigned herself to never knowing who that mysterious stranger was. Until she gets a new job, goes in for her first day, and sees who her new employer is. And Angelina’s sarcastic “I’m reporting for work… boss.” makes it all worthwhile.

I loved their push and pull. I loved that neither of them knew where they stood after that one night. He thinks he’s unworthy of anything good, but Shay doesn’t give up. She wants to know his secrets, and so do we. And when we finally do, it’s impossible not to love him.

Duet narration definitely makes for steamier scenes (I had a car… situation… while listening), but it also makes for some great banter and amazing inter-office memos. And an emotional ending.

I knew what was coming. I was bracing myself for it because I knew it would hit me hard. No spoilers, but if you thought Shay’s letter and her phone call or Cole’s outburst and how crazy in love he is with her came through in writing, you have no idea what listening to it will do to you.

Well done to Connor Crais, Troy Duran, and Vanessa Moyen for those awesome secondary characters. The book wouldn't be complete without them.

Two souls calling for each other until there was no choice but for them to fall. And two narrators who need to work together more often because I loved this.
