About this listen
Mrs. Bennet has nothing more to wish for. With three daughters married – two of whom most advantageously - her business in life is very nearly complete.
Elizabeth Darcy and Jane Bingley have certainly found felicity in marriage as the ladies of Pemberley and Netherfield, enjoying the loving affection of their husbands and everything such positions in society command. But Lydia’s marriage to the unscrupulous George Wickham does not leave her parents or sisters entirely sanguine.
Step back inside the delightful world of Pride and Prejudice and Wickham’s Wife and join your favorite characters as they continue with their lives and loves. Listen to the gossip; understand the delights and vexations of early marriage; visit old relationships; experience country living, and the excitement of Regency London. The ending of Austen’s famous novel is just the beginning.
Author’s note: Pride and Prejudice leaves us wanting to follow the characters into their new lives. The hints Austen gives at the end of the novel about each character are not enough: we want to know if everything continues happily-ever-after. Now, using those hints, I have written what I think happens after Lizzy and Darcy walk off into that rose-tinted Regency sunset - with them, and everyone connected to them. Enjoy!

Story
Four of five daughters married! Disposing of so many daughters in marriage, with little more than their good looks and charms to recommend them, is a distinction only Mrs. Bennet can claim, which she does, frequently. Many in Meryton thought such a feat impossible, and consider the Bennets to have been very fortunate indeed when news from Mrs. Darcy, or Mrs. Bingley, or Mrs. Ashworth is generously circulated throughout the village. Their felicity in marriage is assured. Fortunately for those in Meryton and beyond, little has been heard from Mrs. Wickham these four years since, but that ...

Mr. Collins must marry. If Lizzy won’t have him, then Charlotte certainly will. Mr Collins may be a conceited, pompous, narrow-minded, silly man, making him the object of considerable scorn for the Bennet sisters, but Charlotte knows to seize an opportunity when it presents itself. After a week in his irksome company, her friend, Elizabeth, can only see his irritating manner. Whereas Charlotte, after a matter of hours, has already estimated his value and weighed it against the mortification she will undoubtedly have to endure. What's the worst that can happen when a Regency lady commits a Propriety Violation? Might she suffer acute embarrassment, a tarnished reputation, a forced marriage, shunning of her family, or something even more dire? These consequences might be devastating, but could we countenance a more nefarious possibility?Elizabeth Bennet is enjoying a peaceful morning stroll in Ramsgate when the pleasant sound of the waves is interrupted by a scream. Story
‘Elizabeth’s Covenant’ is more than just a new edition of one of Florence Gold’s early novels; it is a revised version that, while grounded in the same idea of a covenant undertaken by Elizabeth, it also reveals an entirely different underlying mystery. Elspeth Awbrey, formerly Bennet, is the sister of Mr Bennet and the guardian of traditions inherited from their Scottish ancestor, Elspeth MacLellan. Married to Oliver Bennet, the man who imposed the infamous entail on Longbourn, Elspeth MacLellan insisted that all their descendants, whether male or female, must fulfil a covenant to ...

Amongst her family and friends, Miss Elizabeth Bennet is known not just as a great walker and a great reader but also as a talented artist; but drawing is an activity in which she has rarely indulged in recent years. Story
Tragedy strikes the Gardiner family and Elizabeth sacrifices her own prospects to help the family heal. She performs a heroic act while in London and then has to deal with the consequences for her and her family. Upon her return to Longhorn she attends the Assembly where Mr. Darcy very much does not act the gentleman. This is the story of a young woman overcoming all that is thrown at her, metaphorically. Caroline Bingley did not literally throw something at Elizabeth, however much she was tempted. This is variation on the classic story, with accurate historical details.

Story
Set in late 1811, this story of Fitzwilliam Darcy and Elizabeth Bennet begins in London and follows a different path from the original beloved novel. The Bennet family’s dynamics are changed when Mrs. Bennet dies after having an heir.Loosely based on the true story of the London horrors in December 1811, our characters’ lives are intertwined with the murders in London that result in confusion and misunderstanding, but true love wins out and our heroes live happily ever after.Rated T for crime-related theme and mild language.
