Aria Grace
Trey's story.
For the past six years at the University of Oregon, Trey has been completely focused on studying. With no time for relationships, he's had to rely on the occasional hookup to fulfill his physical need for companionship. Now that he's almost done with his master's degree in biology, his attention is on his career. Relationships will have to wait. Again.
Chuck is hitching his way across the country, doing what he must to survive while trying to stay off the radar of an abusive ex. He just wants to get to L.A. in one piece so he can start over. His job skills are limited, but anything will be better than what he's running from. Hiding is hard but Chuck isn't ready to be found.

Chuck is on the run from a psycho ex determined to see him dead and Trey is a geeky forensic scientist with serious relationship issues.
Trey appears in several of the other books but in this one we finally get a chance to know him. He is a bit jaded, callous almost but determined and committed to creating a good life for himself. He has no time for love and romance and having been on the receiving end of rejection has built up walls of protection that make him appear douchey at times.
But when he meets Chuck he tries and after a few mistakes that will have you screaming he finally manages to get it right and the feels you get by the end are worth the sometimes bumpy ride.
The narration is great and I go back and forth about which of the narrators of this series I like best but I guess that's a good problem to have.
Love on the Run

I am also tired of narrations of the Pacific Northwest and Portland were the narrator is ignorant of the correct pronunciation of local place names.
A series with a lot of potential.

In Portland, Chuck finds friends, people who really care and want to help. He also meets his Mr. Right, in an adorable and sexy geek named Trey.
Sometimes when you run from a bad situation you run smack into something good. Aria Grace has done it again. Her characters are well developed and I don't necessarily mean physically either. Her books all have excellent plots and scenarios, not to mention the steamy love scenes.

Audio - I'm glad Michael is back narrating this one. I actually enjoyed the narration A Lot more than the story for this one. He does a good job with the voices and keeping them all separate so you know who is talking.

Omg. This one had a lot of excitement and action than the others, which I enjoyed. I love how Aria can create such an intense connection from me to the characters in no time at all. By the end of a 3 hr narration, I care more about the characters than other books 3x as long.
The narrator was fantastic. He doesn't have the strongest difference in tone or voice from one character to the next, but he still does a great job.
I love

The narrator does a good job, although male voices for other than the main two often sound too old, or mushy.
Disappointing...
