About this listen

Confronting a gang of dangerous rebels is one thing. Falling for them is another.

You can’t turn on the news nowadays without getting bombarded by stories about the Rebels. They look so scary on TV - blowing things up, knocking things down, terrorizing the declining city of Corona, and making sure even the rubble doesn’t go unscathed.

My father is the reigning Arcane Master of Fire. Since he’s a prominent figure in both politics and magic, it only makes sense that my family is a target.

Still, I never expected to encounter a Rebel leader in person. I never imagined I’d be drawn to him, either. And I most definitely never dreamed I could lose my heart to them all.

The Rebels:

Ember: The leader

Sterling: The healer

Zephyr: The thinker

Rain: The dreamer

And Aurora is the heart of the group, pitted against her own family in this enthralling series.

Urban fantasy fans will adore this medium-burn reverse harem filled with action, intrigue, and magic. If you like RH with adult heroines, spellbinding action, and immersive world-building, download the first book in the five-book Arcane Rebels series today.

Wish the production was better

This is such an amazing book! So well written and while the narrator was talented (I wouldn't change her at all), the production quality was disappointing. Too much breathing/external noises and partway through ch 28 I swear I heard zombies in the background (spoiler: there are no zombies in the story). Will stick to reading the rest of the series.

Can't wait for book two!

An excellent execution of an already intriguing book. Great beginning of series leaving me wanting more! Stong female lead character. IFyou enjoy this genre, then you will fall in love with this story.

Seriously good listen!

This was a seriously awesome read! I loved the storyline, the world, and the characters were some of my favorite! The narrator was awesome and did the different voices very well giving everyone their own personalities and inflections!

Loved it

Great science fiction/ fantasy. I think the villains could use more character development. So far they are just motivated by greed or in the main bad guy's case he's just a psychopath who wants power because he thinks he's superior to everyone. None of the villains have deep backstories yet. the main character and the guys in our harem though are all great. They are all unique and we've started to learn about their pasts. There isn't instant love, but definitely an attraction and a bond that seems to form naturally. Our hero is not a Mary Sue. She is intelligent, practical, and a member of the team.

Decent story decent narrator

Overall this isn’t a terrible book. It’s nothing outstanding but it’s a nice little distraction to listen to at night. I’ll get the second book.

Do be warned there are some audio issues in chapter 28 and if you are listening late at night in the dark it will scare the living Bajeebers out of you. You’ve been warned.

Good narrator

I struggled a little bit to get into the story. There are terms that even at the end I am not sure exactly what it is. But the story became more interesting the further into it I went.
I enjoyed listening to the narrator.

Great Story with Orginality

like this story, however there is overlay of audio in chapter 28 that should be there. I enjoyed this book and it's originality plot line.

Nothing Really Happens

The performance was amazing, but the story---there's like 2 locations, it's mostly talk and nothing really happens. It's very slow. The female lead is very weak. Hoping they'll be some growth. The idea of the elements and arcane is very cool though and has some much great potential but idk if I'll get the next one.
