About this listen

Cameron is the sole male demigod of his generation, son of Hesphasteus, best blacksmith of his generation, and the time has come to fulfill his destiny.

The task is simple: step up and take his proper place on the Academy council, find his father, the God of Blacksmiths, forge the Ultimate Weapon with his help, and save the world.

That is if the Goddess of Chaos and a seemingly endless army of monsters and demons don't kill Cam and his demi-goddess lovers first. But if anyone can beat the odds and save the entire Olympic pantheon, it's Cameron.

Great story but the narration was awful for me, and his overacting was painful. Also way too many uses of simile. Every concept does not need further explanation, give your reader/listener a little credit.

Good story, for me the narrator was problematic

Alot of this story felt rushed and incomplete. I liked the story overall but the author could have dobe alot more with this series.

Felt rushed

The story and overall writing improve over the course of the book and series overall. The maturity level is less erratic but the jump from whining to will of steel, is much better and even justified in the story, which is a novel way around the YA with sex vs trying to fake one or the other, so I hope the series continues in that direction. Frankly I just hope the series continues in general, this story arc is not finished regardless of the ending (imho) and while I have come to expect the way the author chooses the ending and the necessity for an indie author to do so, I would make 1 suggestion Epilogue!
Yes I will buy the next book in this series

Keeps improving and frustrating

I only wish we got an epilogue telling us how everything fit together over the years.

Decent Ending to the series

I gave it minus one star 🌟 because I wanted the story to keep going for one or two more chapters! At least 😃👍
