This was an easy flowing story. As an Army Retiree I found it very entertaining as I could relate to my early Army days through what the author experienced. I didnt want to stop listening. Would like to have known where the love interest ended up. I would have preferred a real human read the book as the AI voice kept mispronouncing places and words.

The story of David and his friends is amazing. It flows and keeps you interested in the next chapter. I was not a fan of the AI reading as it took away from the emotions of the book and punctuation. Again, the story itself is amazing and would definitely recommend the book
