About this listen

Every night, while 16-year-old London Lane is asleep, her memory of that day is erased. In the morning, all she can “remember” are events from her future. London is used to relying on reminder notes and a trusted friend to get through the day, but things get complicated when a new boy at school enters the picture.

Luke Henry is not someone you’d easily forget, yet try as she might, London can’t find him in her memories of things to come. When London starts experiencing disturbing flashbacks, or flash-forwards, as the case may be, she realizes it’s time to learn about the past she keeps forgetting—before it destroys her future.

Any additional comments?

It wasn't extremely amazing, but it wasn't terrible. The concept was interesting, Julia Whelan did a fine job, but other than that, I could take it or leave it.

Not extraordinary, but not terrible.

What made the experience of listening to Forgotten the most enjoyable?

This book held me from the first sentence. I finished it a couple days ago and have moved onto a new book, but all I can do is think about this book. The characters are so wonderful, they feel so real. I will listen to this book over and over. The author, characters and narrator all came together to make the perfect book.

Awesome

Really great book! Loved the concept! Love Luke!!

London is a really interesting character. Her loss of memory is strange. It is great to see how she goes through life using her notebook to trick people into not knowing her problem.

Luke is so awesome!! He is the kind of boyfriend you wish for!! Such a true love! He is my latest book crush!

Great writing but the ending could have been a little more solid.

Really great narrator on the audiobook! Terrific characterizations brought the characters to life!

Awesome YA read!

I'd say this is an average YA story, nothing special about it but still enjoyable, the narration is very good, if you like YA books then you should check this book out...

Great narration, ok store...

If you could sum up Forgotten in three words, what would they be?

Future can Change

Who was your favorite character and why?

of course many people would say luke but to me my favorite was Jaime her best friend though they spent most of the story fighting I liked her so so much

Which character – as performed by Julia Whelan – was your favorite?

I think Luke was the best performance

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

True love can unlock your past

Any additional comments?

This is is a really unique idea, great characters and it really captures that feeling of being in high school. Julie Whelan does an awesome job as the narrator.

Fantastic
