This Book Redefined My Thoughts On Happiness!!
I absolutely loved this audiobook! It was definitely a great book to listen to.
It changed my mind and my thought process on everything I knew about happiness. It even took a word such as arrogant and explained it and the perfect and positive way.
I love when a person can change the negative and make it positive. I will continue to listen to this audiobook over and over again.
I also own a hard copy, and I really need to sit down just to read every word inside so I can use multiple senses to connect these concepts together.
One of the most memorable parts of the book is where the author Teamika J, mentioned to write down the things that you are grateful for having.
it's so much negativity in the world today sometimes it's hard to stop and think, why am I grateful and what am I grateful for having. I'll definitely use that as a method to rebuild and refuel my happiness.
I also think this book is great for those that want to change their hearts and their minds while dealing with their current situation.
I know Fountain of Happiness will be a guide for many individuals this year, and for future generations. I think every child should have a chance to listen to the chapters in this book!
